Intercultural Coaching

Intercultural coaching is a process-oriented service in which you receive guidance on a specific challenge. The coach becomes an on-demand counsellor who supports the client until they feel confident to proceed by themselves. The main purpose of this method is to minimise potential problems by analysing a situation and pondering behavioural options with regard to their consequences. Thus, intercultural coaching processes are highly individual and cannot be standardised. Over time, due to accumulated intercultural experience, the client acquires knowledge on how to efficiently handle challenges in intercultural settings on their own. Intercultural coaches are commonly used in multicultural co-operations and mergers, in start-up phases of companies expanding to foreign markets or migration of foreign workers into a company.
