Intercultural Mediation and Conflict Management

Intercultural mediation and conflict management takes the coaching approach a step further. Sometimes, a problematic situation has developed over a period of time and nobody can track back to its origin. In such cases, intercultural mediation and conflict management provide an individual, problem-specific approach with the purpose of de-escalating the situation. A neutral third party – the intercultural mediator - can objectively analyse a given situation and suggest first steps to the client in order for him to regain control over it. Subsequently, the involved parties and the mediator will elaborate ways to stabilise a desired state and to avoid future escalation.
