Intercultural Trainings

Finding the balance between maintaining one's own cultural identity and adapting to a foreign culture is a main focus of intercultural trainings as we define them. We want to enable our clients to enter intercultural encounters in a sovereign, self-confident, respectful and culturally sensitive manner. This includes providing country and culture-specific knowledge as well as encouraging participants to experiment with different ways of communicating in intercultural settings. Thus, our clients can build up a pool of behavioural options and gain confidence when dealing with other cultures.

In short: they develop intercultural competency.

References

"The service was extremely efficient, cost effective and has allowed us to deal in a much wider marketplace. Not only were translations completed quickly, but the advice about working in foreign marketplaces was of great help. We gained a lot of experience in a very short time."
