Account Manager (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager with ICE you will:

  • Help our clients to strategize and carry out expansion into online marketplaces
  • Work directly with translators, photographers, graphic designers, and content writers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Function as a communication bridge between seller, internal staff and external organisations e.g. marketplaces
  • Design, communicate and execute business strategies
  • Communicate frequently with clients and co-workers via phone calls and emails
  • Take part in uploading and managing data on international marketplaces
  • Use cultural and linguistic knowledge on a daily basis
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, strategies and processes
  • Pro-actively suggest improvements and contribute to the team: we work together for great collective results

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has excellent English skills (minimum level C1)
  • Has good German skills (minimum level B1)
  • Possesses 1–3 years of Amazon experience (required)
  • Will have professional experience on the telephone and be able to build up relationships via this medium
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Will have a positive, persuasive personality working in a customer-oriented manner
  • Is computer literate with an eye for detail
  • Has a naturally proactive character
  • Sees potential solutions, not hurdles
  • Has an eye for design (although design experience is not required)
  • Has SEO experience (preferred)
  • Has Sales experience (preferred)
  • Is able to work until 6 pm (CET)
  • Is a resident of Germany (or planning to relocate very soon)
