As a CS Representative with ICE you will:

  • Be part of our Customer Services Team – for eBay and Amazon among others
  • Work as a communication bridge between buyer and seller
  • Reply to customer emails in a timely and friendly manner
  • Occasionally carry out telephone calls in a variety of languages
  • Be proactive in boosting the health of accounts
  • Work flexibly in a diverse and international team

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have very good written language skills in these languages: English, German, French (minimum level B2)
  • Have at least some experience with Excel and Word
  • Be interested in the Internet and e-commerce
