 As a Sales Rep. with ICE you will:


  • Deal with inbound sales enquiries (via telephone and email, not in a call center)
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Schedule introductions and next steps
  • Pro-actively search for potential new clients
  • Reach out to new contacts and uphold activity ratios
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, clients and processes
  • Record all communication on a CRM platform
  • Hold a weekly sales meeting with management


Our ideal candidate:

  • Has fluent (C2.2 or higher) written and spoken German skills – English is a huge plus and other languages very welcome, in particular French
  • Preferably has professional experience, but some sales experience is essential
  • Shows an understanding of and interest in e-commerce, experience in the industry is of advantage
  • Is willing to occasionally travel within Germany and abroad on business
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Will have a positive, persuasive personality working in a customer-oriented manner
  • Is able to work both autonomously and as an active member of a team
