As a Sales Representative with ICE you will:

 

  • Deal with inbound sales enquiries (via telephone and email, not in a call center)
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Pro-actively search for potential new clients (B2B)
  • Reach out to new contacts and achieve sales revenue goals
  • Schedule introductions and next steps
  • Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, clients and processes
  • Record all communication on a CRM platform
  • Hold a weekly sales meeting with management

 

Our ideal candidate:

 

  • Has fluent written and spoken German & English skills (minimum level C1 in ideally both languages or C1 in one language and B2 in the other), other languages are a plus, in particular French
  • Has sales experience and can ideally exemplify sales successes which (at least partially) occurred remotely (e.g. phone, Zoom)
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Has a positive, persuasive personality working in a customer-oriented manner
  • Is able to work both autonomously and as an active member of a team
  • Shows an understanding of and interest in e-commerce, experience in the industry is advantageous
  • Is willing to occasionally travel within Germany and abroad on business
